What does JessenGuitar.shop offer?
JessenGuitar.shop offers online guitar coaching sessions. Lessons are delivered live through Google Meet or Zoom.
Are the lessons online or in person?
All lessons are online. We currently provide coaching through Google Meet and Zoom only.
Do you ship any physical products?
No. We do not ship physical products. Guitar coaching is a service delivered online.
How do I receive my lesson?
After your payment is completed, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your session and send your Google Meet or Zoom link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. Depending on PayPal’s checkout options, you may also be able to pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
In some cases, PayPal may allow checkout with a debit or credit card without signing into a PayPal account. This depends on PayPal’s available options at checkout.
How fast will I receive my meeting link?
Meeting details are usually sent after payment confirmation and scheduling. We will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
What do I need for the lesson?
- A guitar
- Internet connection
- Phone, tablet, or computer
- Google Meet or Zoom access
- Camera and microphone
- A quiet place for the session
Can I reschedule my lesson?
Yes, you may request to reschedule by contacting us before your scheduled session. Rescheduling depends on availability.
What happens if I miss my session?
If you miss your session without notice, the session may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.
Can beginners book lessons?
Yes. Beginners are welcome. Lessons can be adjusted based on your current skill level.
Can I request help with a specific song?
Yes. You may tell us what you want to learn, and we will do our best to support your goal during the session.
