At JessenGuitar.shop, we want customers to clearly understand our refund policy before purchasing guitar coaching services.

1. Digital Service Notice

JessenGuitar.shop provides online guitar coaching services through Google Meet or Zoom. Since this is a service and not a physical product, there are no physical returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You paid for a session but it has not been scheduled yet
  • You requested cancellation before the confirmed lesson time
  • We are unable to provide the coaching session
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available if:

  • The session has already been completed
  • The customer missed the scheduled session without notice
  • The customer provided incorrect contact information
  • The customer failed to join the Google Meet or Zoom call
  • The customer had device, internet, or software issues on their side
  • The customer changed their mind after the service was delivered

4. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

In many cases, we may offer to reschedule your session instead of issuing a refund. Rescheduling depends on availability and must be requested before the scheduled lesson time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back through the original payment method when possible. If you paid through PayPal, the refund may be processed through PayPal. Processing times may depend on PayPal or your financial institution.
