JessenGuitar.shop provides online guitar coaching services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our service is delivered.
1. No Physical Shipping
We do not sell or ship physical products. No item will be mailed or delivered to a physical address. Our guitar coaching service is delivered online through Google Meet or Zoom.
2. Digital Service Delivery
After your payment is completed, we will contact you to confirm your coaching session and provide your meeting details.
Delivery may include:
- Booking confirmation
- Lesson date and time confirmation
- Google Meet or Zoom meeting link
- Session instructions
- Customer support communication
3. Delivery Method
Your coaching session details may be delivered by:
- Phone
- Text message
- Website contact response
Please make sure your contact information is correct at checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Meeting details are sent after payment confirmation and scheduling. In most cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange and confirm your session.
5. Customer Requirements
To receive the service, customers must have:
- A valid email address or phone number
- Internet access
- A phone, tablet, or computer
- Access to Google Meet or Zoom
- A guitar for the lesson
6. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
JessenGuitar.shop is not responsible for missed communication or delayed session delivery if the customer provides incorrect contact details.
