Welcome to JessenGuitar.shop. By using our website, purchasing a guitar coaching service, or booking a session with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services We Provide

JessenGuitar.shop provides online guitar coaching and music instruction services. Lessons are delivered remotely through Google Meet, Zoom, or another agreed online meeting platform.

Our services may include:

  • One-on-one guitar coaching
  • Beginner guitar lessons
  • Practice guidance
  • Song learning support
  • Technique improvement
  • Chord, rhythm, and strumming lessons
  • Personalized guitar learning support

2. Online Lesson Delivery

All coaching sessions are provided online. No physical product is shipped. After your payment is completed, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided to confirm your session and provide the online meeting details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have:

  • A working internet connection
  • A working phone, tablet, or computer
  • Access to Google Meet or Zoom
  • A guitar available for the session
  • A quiet and suitable space for the lesson

3. Payments

JessenGuitar.shop accepts payments through PayPal. All coaching sessions must be paid for before the lesson begins. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

PayPal may allow customers to pay using a PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other available PayPal checkout options depending on location and eligibility.

4. Booking Confirmation

After payment, we will review your order and contact you to confirm the date and time of your lesson. You may receive confirmation by email, phone, text message, or website contact response.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a coaching session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Attend your scheduled session on time
  • Make sure your device and internet connection are working
  • Communicate respectfully during lessons
  • Contact us in advance if you need to reschedule

6. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a session by contacting us before the scheduled lesson time. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests based on availability. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Because our service is appointment-based, refunds may depend on whether the session has already been scheduled, started, completed, or missed.

8. Service Availability

We make every reasonable effort to deliver scheduled coaching sessions on time. However, sessions may need to be rescheduled due to technical issues, emergency situations, internet outages, or other unexpected circumstances.

9. Website Content

All content on JessenGuitar.shop, including text, images, branding, lesson descriptions, and website design, is owned by or licensed to JessenGuitar.shop. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our website content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

JessenGuitar.shop is not responsible for internet problems on the customer’s side, device or software issues, missed sessions due to incorrect contact information, customer failure to attend a scheduled lesson, or results that depend on the customer’s practice, effort, or consistency.
